This new and advanced feature produces the film and sheet at a very high speed and still gets sufficient cooling conduction from the rolls. 
This unique C-shaped chill roll stack allows the optimum contact of the film or sheet against the center and upper rolls. The first and second rolls are horizontally aligned, and the third roll is mounted 45 degrees above the second roll. 
The web will be wrapped around 225° on the large center roll and 180° over the top cooling roll. 
This cast film type is designed to perform a faster cooling rate and facilitate efficient production.
